UFC 119

I must say I was disappointed last night. The pre-lims were the only fights that were exciting. My favorite fighter, Mirko, really brought shame to me and my friends. Most of the fights went to decisions and happened to be boring. I'm starting to lose interest in UFC. Dana White better come up with something quick to redeem his organization.

Cross Country 5k Race

Well hello e-visitors. I've decided to start bloging since I have free time on my hands and it's nice to see other bloggers out there and see what they have to express. Anyways, I ran an 18:25 today and my legs are pretty sore. I could have broken 18's but I didn't give it my best. Anyone out there runners? Posts your times not matter which race it is. Running is my life!
